As usual, Lyfe Harris took to Twitter to announce that he would be dropping some new music last night. Two things: he said these would be the last songs he dropped as he’s going to focus on production and writing. While that will be hard for fans to grasp, he also emptied the chamber and dropped FIVE new songs. “Hometown”, “Way Back”, “Distraction”, “Prescription” feat. Ash Riser, and “O.Y.O (On Your Own)” are all solid tracks and showcase Lyfe’s growth as an artist. Hopefully he’s just taking some time off from singing because he’s a tremendous talent in the indie scene and could one day reach millions of ears nationally. Check these five tracks below.
