Newport News, VA has been busy with submissions recently and we get a new one from Descendent today. The 29 year old MC focuses on a common theme that runs with music and labels in today’s society. People don’t listen to lyrics anymore. All you need is a catchy beat with a fire hook and you get the people going. Descendent goes against the grain and drops some lyrical heat in order to get recognized.
