Admittedly I don’t have my finger on the pulse of the New Jersey rap scene. I think I may have even assumed that New Jersey rappers and producers tend to migrate to New York to pursue their musical aspirations. Enter SlurRty. Hailing from Newark, New Jersey the rapper and producer has a new single titled “Baddest Bitch I Ever Seen”.
This track details an encounter at a party where everyone is pursuing the same woman and ultimately about how SlurRty comes out on top at the end of the night. The beat carries you into this scene on an atmospheric, cloud like soundscape and will be something for you to kick back with or ride out with.
