No matter what the landscape of hip-hop is at the moment, you’ll always have artists that speak from the street level of things. NY’s Ho$ef takes that torch and hooks up with Reek Da Villain for a new one about murder.
The focus of “It’s Murda” has the two artist talking about the struggles from the streets and at the bottom of hip-hop. Ho$ef has a nice flow that meshes well with his lyrics while Reek is no slouch to this style of music. The Mahxie produced cut embodies a gritty sound that allows Ho$ef & Reek to go bar for bar and take us through the struggle of people wanting you to fall and die.
