There are songs that you think will have a certain sound to them based on seeing an artist name. When I think of Waka Flocka I always think of ignorant and turnt up records that I can dumb out to. Flocka has begun to evolve as an artist and this record with Fa$t Life shows the growth.
“Legendary” is a mellow and laid back track thanks to the production. While we still get an aggressive sounding chorus from Flocka we also get introduced to Fa$t Life and his quest to be a legend. This Atlanta artist took some time off to get his personal life correct and has returned to the scene hungrier than ever. While “Legendary” is a brief introduction, we’ll be expecting to hear more from him before the year is over.
